Bocce Courts and Horseshoe Pits at Moraine Camplands!
Moraine Camplands has several Bocce courts and
Horseshoe pits located throughout the park. You can always tell those who take Horseshoes and Bocce games seriously. They arrive with their equipment carefully protected in a black leather case, rosin bag in hand, and sports towel neatly draped around their neck. For those of us who just want to give it a try, the facilities are available all day on a first-come, first-serve basis. Throughout the summer, tournaments are scheduled for those so inclined. You'll be playing for pride, not necessarily big prizes, but it's still fun anyway. Scheduled tournaments will be listed below.
